Service to SSMA

Member since 2011; Presenter at every conference since 2011; Policy Committee 2014-2017; Contributed to the conference Proceedings 2014-2016.

Vision for SSMA

I appreciate the publication of conference proceedings since 2014; I would like to explore the idea of producing an SSMA-sponsored monograph highlighting new research in mathematics and science instruction.

I would love more communication between members between conferences (perhaps through social media). Specifically, I would like to continue the ongoing conversation about how to ensure higher attendance at conference presentations, especially those of new members and graduate students.
